After-sale Service

Production and Delivery

The goods purchased in the official website and the flagship store are shipped from the company’s warehouse. (Except for special products)

Notice for Delivery:

Make sure without damage before confirm signature on the parcel. Otherwise, refuse to accept parcel and contact us immediately.

 

Lead Time:

Products in stock will be shipped out before 4:00PM in the same day. Non-inventory shipping date will be negotiated with sales manager.

 

After-sales feedback

To ensure that the tracking of all the product’s quality and feedback can be solved in time, to achieve the more efficient communication with you, so it is better to offer the contract number which can be tracked to all the data when production. One-to-one service will be offered by our sales engineers and technical engineers to avoid all the problems when using the products.

 

Warranty

Warranty period is 12 month from the date of goods left factory. The goods installation, commission,calibration and other operation must according to requirements of manual.

If the product have quality problem in processing, you may send goods back at any time and we will provide free repair, exchange or refund service. All fees will be taken by our company (caused by lightning strike damage is beyond the scope of warranty).

 

Return Instructions

Please keep the remnant medium clean and confirmed without-corrosive, toxic, radioactive material accompanied with goods before return the products. The description of fault phenomenon and site are necessary.

 

Field Service

We provide technician field services for all clients.  Welcome to contact with your sales Engineer and discuss the field service details if you need the field service.

 

Exception Clause

Without the consent of your sales engineer, please do not disassemble, alter, and solder the components on circuit boards. After receiving the product, please carefully read the relevant product brochures, instructions, warnings and other documents sent with the product. The product damages caused by improper use, installation and other human factors are not within the scope of our responsibility
